氦-氖激光对感染性皮肤炎症的影响——化学发光法检测外周血白细胞吞噬功能

Treatment of Patients with Infective Dermatopathy by He-Ne Laser Detection on Phagocytic Function of PMNL by Chemilumin scence

应用氦-氖激光治疗感染性皮肤病120例取得满意疗效.急性细菌性感染痊愈率95.24%,病毒性感染痊愈率100%.为探讨其机理,应用CL检测患者治疗前后PMNL的吞噬功能,结果显示有显著差异,证明在氦-氖激光治疗中能增强PMNL吞噬功能,提高机体免疫功能,达到治愈之目的.

120 patients with infective dermatopathy were treated by He-Ne laser and satisfactory results were obtained. The cured rates of acute bacterial infections and viral infections were 95. 24% and 100%, respectively. To investigate the mechanism of He-Ne laser therapy, the polymorphanuclear neutrophil leukocytes (PMNL) was detected by chelniluminescence before and after the treatment with the difference being statistically significant (P<0. 01). It was suggested that the He-Ne therapy could strength the PMNL phagocytosis and inhence the body immunity.
