摘要
本文运用制度经济学和政治学的分析框架探讨了腐败与寻租的亲缘关系,寻租行为模式在我国经济转型期的变化,以及制度在治理寻租和腐败中的障碍和关键性地位,并提出了以制度创新来治理寻租与腐败的应对策略。
The thesis explores the relationship between corruption and rent -seeking in institutional economic and political terms. It discusses the changes of the mode of rent - seeking activities in transitional period, and the key position of system to anti - corruption and anti - rent - seeking. Lastly,the author points out some innorative institutional countermeasures against rent- seeking and corruption.
