文章从美学的视角对三江源地区民族传统体育文化进行了审视,回顾了三江源地区民族传统体育文化的演进,并提出了研究民族传统体育文化美学的思路。

In order to construct a relatively comfortable life of socialism and promote to develop the West, building＂three civilizations＂ is overemphasized to the neglect of the other. From the vision of aesthetics of Tibetan traditional physical culture, this paper examines closely and pays close attention to this problem. In the research the paper looks back the gradual progress of Tibetan traditional physical culture in the area of the source of three rivers, and expounds its view, aesthetics and further advances train of thought of aesthetics of Tibetan traditional physical culture.
