摘要
文章就运动对摄食的影响从长期有氧运动、过度训练、单次运动几个方面进行了综述。为进一步研究运动对食欲和能量摄入的影响机制提供理论基础。同时对合理安排运动与膳食减肥提供帮助。
This essay reviews the effects of exercise on food intake, by following the aspects of long-term aerobic exercise,over-training and single exercise phase. It puts forward suggestions for exercises and food management.
