我国女足U18队伍建制不稳定的原因及其对策与建议

Problems & Countermeasures on the Organizational System of Chinese U18 Women's Football Teams

运用文献资料法、实地观察法、调查访问法、问卷调查法等方法,对我国女足U18队伍的现状与对策进行了深入的探讨,主要结论有:当前我国U18女足现状是:队伍明显萎缩、U18冬训名不符实、队伍结构组成比较复杂、冬训的质量难以保证;当前解决我国女足U18队伍建制不稳定的主要对策是:足协对重点地区U18给予一定量的资金资助,对重点地区U18建制要进行相应规定与保障,对U18队伍建制上下衔接进行适当调控,适当控制成年组比赛规模或发展速度,延长球员参加U18青年联赛年限等。

By methods of the documental, spot investigation, interview as well as questionnaire, this essay studies the organizational system of Chinese U18 women＇s football. Results show： U18 women＇s football troops being withered, U18 training camp not according with reality, teams structure complicated, winter training quality not guaranteed, these are the real situation of Chinese U18 women＇s football; It puts forward countermeasures to solve such problems
