A Probe into a Part of Rules of Travelling in the Official Basketball Rules 2004

篮球规则是篮球运动法规性文件,04版篮球规则对前版有关带球走规则的部分规定进行了修改,但修改后仍然存在着明显的纰漏。文章通过实例对该问题进行了说明,并对问题的解决提出了相应的建议。

The Official Basketball Rules are standardized documents in basketball. There are a few modifications to the Travelling in Official Basketball Rules 2004, but, some questions still exist after modification. This paper explains these questions through examples and puts forward some relevant suggestions.
