摘要
目的了解云南省军队医院临床护理人员的继续教育观,探讨继续教育观形成的影响因素。方法本次调查采用了综合质性研究和量性研究的方法,分两阶段了解当地军队医院护理人员参加继续教育的目的,探索她们对继续教育的理解和认识,以及这种认识观对她们选择继续教育方式的影响。质性研究阶段采用访谈法、非结构式问卷调查法,确定调查对象和调查内容;量性研究阶段发放结构式调查问卷174份,收回有效问卷132份;对质性资料进行编码,运用内容分析的方法对编码术语进行归类。量性资料结合质性资料进行分析,给出最终的调查报告。结果受调查者继续教育观的形成与参与目的、学历、职务、压力等因素有关;参加自学、自考和继续教育学习班是护理人员参加继续教育的主要形式;她们在参与继续教育的过程中存在功利主义思想,对继续教育作用的理解存在偏差。
Objective To investigate the nurses' perspectives to the continual education of clinical nursing in Yunnan province,and to discuss the causes for such perspectives. Methods The qualitative research and quantitative research were used together in the study. There were two phases of investigation to understand nurses' perspectives for continual education, their understanding and thoughts to continual education,and the influence of these perspectives. In pre-scientific phase,interview and focus group discussion were involved so as to identify survey sample and survey content. A total of 174 questionnaire surveys were delivered and 132 were collected back. The qualitative data were coded. The content analysis was used to classify the coded concepts. The quantitative data were combined with the qualitative data in order to analyze and develop final reports. Results Nurses' perspectives to the continual education of clinical nursing in the military hospital were influenced by factors such as intentions, educational level, their duties in hospital and working pressure, etc. Most of the nurses were autodidacts. They attended continual education with utilitarianism to some extent. There was also some bias of their understanding to the function of continual education.
