A Survey on Perspectives of Quality Inspection from views of Physicians,Nurses and Patients

目的探讨目前护理质量检查的弊端和改进方法。方法通过8所医院的大样本调查,了解医生、患者、护士对质量检查的认同性和有关看法。结果医生、患者、护士对质量检查的认同性普遍不高;护士在上级部门检查时经常加班,护士建议上级部门检查护理质量实施频度不要过高、检查方式以明查为主。结论现行护理质量评价体系及其标准有其积极的意义,但仍存在弊端,建议引入临床路径的思维模式解决存在的问题,达到能反映临床护士价值、体现人性化管理思想、提高医院竞争力的目的。

Objective To study the shortcomings of the current nursing quality evaluation and to find ways to improve it. Methods A big sample from 8 hospitals was surveyed to study the support and perspectives on the current nursing quality evaluation. Results The physicians, nurses and patients was not satisfied with the current nursing quality evaluation. A large percent of nurses reported working overtime during nursing quality inspection. Some of them advised less frequency of nursing quality inspection. Some advised informed inspection instead of uninformed inspection. Conclusion Despite the positive significance of the current nursing quality evaluation system and criteria, there are many defects in them. In order to solve the current problems, clinical pathway could be used to reflect the clinical nurses＇ value and human-centered management and to improve the hospital＇s competition ability.
