试论城郊新农村发展模式选择——以沈阳市崔公堡村为例

Discussion on the choice of development pattern in the suburban new countryside

根据城郊新农村的双重特性,总结出适合城郊新农村发展的六种主要模式及各自的适用条件,并以案例为基础,将沈阳市城郊农村崔公堡村作为研究对象,通过对研究区现状的分析与评价,结合研究区实际进行了因地制宜的发展模式选择。

Based on the two characteristics of new countryside in the suburb, this thesis summarizes six primary patterns that are adapt to the development of the suburban new countryside, and con,esponding applicable condition. Taking Cuigongpu Village in the suburb of Shenyang as the research object, we analyze and appraise its current situation, and then choose the right pattern according to its local conditions.
