摘要
总结了国内外有关性格研究的理论和概况,分析了学习者性格与外语学习的关系,并结合外语教学的实际,针对学习者性格的差异提出了相应的外语教学策略:一是选取和学习者性格长处相一致的教学策略,即匹配策略;二是针对性格中的不足进行弥补式教学的策略,即有意失配策略,从而实现有针对性的教学,做到因材施教,相得益彰,提高外语教学水平。
This paper summarizes the theory and general research situation of personality in China ana abroad, and analyzes the relationship between learners' personality and foreign language learning. Then on the basis of learners' personality differences, it puts forward corresponding foreign language teaching strategies from teaching practice, one is matching strategy which can develop learners' personality advantages, the other is purposed-unlatching strategy which can remedy learners' personality disadvantages in order to realize the best teaching effects.
