摘要
目的探讨开放管理精神病住院患者陪护亲属的认知现状,为实施有效的心理干预提供依据。方法对60例开放管理精神病住院患者陪护亲属实施健康教育和相应的心理干预,采用自编的亲属对治疗认知现状调查表进行评定分析。结果不同文化程度的陪护亲属对疾病的认知不同,对医生的干预性治疗建议的领悟接受不一。心理干预前66.7%的陪护亲属对精神疾病知识了解甚少,53.3%对疾病的诊断不知道,56.7%认为判断治疗有效标准为外显行为控制,53.3%要求药物大剂量治疗,73%对出现药物不良反应不理解,63.3%认为系统正规治疗与预后的联系不重要,70%希望患者在1w^1mo治愈。结论对开放管理精神病住院患者陪护亲属及时进行健康教育,提高亲属对疾病的正确认识,传授监护技巧,有利于促进患者的早日康复。
Objective To explore cognition status of the accompanying relatives of the psychiatric patients in open managing hospital in order to offer basis of the effective mental intervention. Methods 60 accompanying relatives were conducted health education and mental intervention, and their cognition were assessed with self-made questionnaire. Results The accompanying relatives with different culture degree had different cognition to the disease and different insight to interventional treatment. Before intervention, 66. 7% relatives had very little knowledge of mental disease, 53.3% ones didn't know the diagnosis of the disease, 56.7% ones considered the effective cure was judged by extro-behavior control, 53.3% ones requested large dose drug treatment, 73% ones didn't understand drug adverse reaction, 63.3% ones thought the relation between systematic regular treatment and prognosis wasn't important, 70% of them hoped the patient recovery in 1 week to 1 month. Conclusion Giving heath education to the accompanying relatives of open-managed psychiatric inpatients in time, enhancing their correct cognition to the disease and teaching them nurse skill can promote early recovery for the patients.
