In modern Russian newspapers the precedent Proper Names have been realizing their cultural connotation and developing their culturally changed meaning . In the recent years such usages are increasingly freagent （obviously in creased） and have draw lingursts＇ special attention. In the given article, the author takes ＂Пётр Первый＂ as examples to analyze anthropanomic metaphors in detail and further prove that vivid metaphor of Proper Nams will enhance the emotion - expressing power in newspaper articles. （The language materials of this article come from periodicals in Russia and Belarus）
