摘要 科学发展观是适应当前经济社会发展要求的最新理念,也是我国高等教育做好历史选择的重要指针。本文在揭示科学发展观的形成背景和深刻内涵的基础上,针对当前高等教育强调能力、追求创新、注重个性的时代特征,以促进个人完善、科技进步和社会发展为结合点,分析了科学发展观对高等教育的现实指导意义,进而指明了科学发展观指引下高等教育现代化、国际化、大众化、综合化、终身化的发展方向。 The scientific concept of development is the latest philosophy adapting to the demand of the current economic and social development as well as an important guideline for China higher education to make a historical choice. In this paper, the practical guiding significance in higher education is analyzed as well as the developing direction of Chinahigher education of modernization, internationalization, popularization, integration and permanent education is further shown clearly based on the expounding of the background of taking shape and connotation of the scientific concept of development, and directing towards the features of the times of highlighting ability, pursuing innovation and attaching importance to personality, furthermore taking promoting individual improvement, scientific and technological progress and social development as binding points.
