提高阑尾切除手术效果、减少手术并发症的体会

The comprehension of improving the efficacy of appendix resection surgery and reducing operative complications

目的探讨提高阑尾切除手术效果、减少手术并发症的方法。方法回顾性分析1012例阑尾切除手术。结果本组手术效果良好，单纯性、化脓性阑尾炎切口感染率为0，坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎切口感染率为0．78％，无其它手术并发症，手术并发症远低于文献报道16％水平。结论思想上要重视，严格、规范的手术操作是提高手术效果、降低手术并发症的关键。

Objective To discuss the methods of improving the effect of appendix resection surgery and reducing operative complications. Methods 1012 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Result These surgeries obtain good results. The incidence of incision infection were 0% , 0% and 0.78% in simple appendicitis, purulent appendicitis and gangrenous perforating appendicitis, respectively. No other complications was encountered and this is far below the report level of 16% in literature. Conclusion Paying more attention, strictly obeying operational routine play the key role in enhancing efficacy and decreasing complication.
