摘要
以北五味子的嫩茎段、叶片、叶柄、果柄为外植体,以MS和B5附加不同激素配比的培养基为基质,探讨了诱导北五味子愈伤组织较合适的外植体及培养基。结果表明:北五味子的嫩茎段是愈伤组织诱导的理想外植体,而培养基中以MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+2,4-D0.1mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L和B5+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L+KT0.1mg/L的诱导效果较好。
The tender stem segments, leaves, petioles and fruit stacks of Schisandra chinensis ( Tnrcz. ) as explants were cultured on various media ( MS and B5 ) with different kinds of hormones. Results showed that tender stem segments are good explants of callus induction, and the optimal media are MS + 6 - BA1.0 mg/L + NAA0.2 mg/L + 2,4 - D0. 1 mg/L + IBA0.3 mg/L and B5 + 6 - BA1.0 mg/L + NAA0.2 mg/L + KT0.1 mg/L.
