The History of Trust Test-Run in China in 1960s

从20世纪60年代初到“文化大革命”爆发之前,我国试图借用西方托拉斯组织的管理形式来对高度集中的工业管理体制进行改革。试办托拉斯的过程可以分为四个阶段:从1962年2月至1964年8月,是酝酿阶段;从1964年8月至1965年5月,是试办阶段;从1965年5月至1966年5月,是调整阶段;从1966年5月至1969年2月是终结阶段。

From early days of 1960s to the eve of Culture Revolution, China was trying to reform the excessively centralized industry management system by Trust, a monopolized organization created in Western capitalistic countries. In brief, the Trust test - run in China underwent four stages ： preparation （ 1962.2 - 1964.8）, test - run （ 1964.8 - 1965.5 ）, adjustment （ 1965.5 - 1966.5 ） and windup （ 1966.5 - 1969.2）.
