摘要
自上个世纪以来,很多国家都深刻认识到国民科学素质在国际竞争中的重要作用,相继加大了国民科学教育的力度,并制定了相应的计划和对策。针对这个事关民族兴亡的重要问题,在研究《普及科学──美国2061计划》的历史背景、实施过程,以及与我国实施的《2049行动计划》的比较中,提出了我国在实施《2049行动计划》中应当思考和借鉴的有关问题。
Since the 20th century, many countries have realized the important role of science quality of citizens in international competition, enhanced the efforts of science education of residents and done the relative plans and measures. The article raises some questions to be considered through a comparative study of the historical background and implementation between AAAS Project 2061 and Project 2049 in accordance with the important question of rise and fall of a nation.
