摘要
研究了用新型化学杀雄剂WP喷施油菜叶片对油菜体内乙烯释放量和内源激素的影响。气相色谱测定乙烯释放量表明,经化学杀雄剂WP处理后的油菜样品明显比对照样品高;经高效液相色谱测定GA3、IAA、ABA三种激素含量表明,经化学杀雄剂WP处理后的不育系样品明显比对照样品高。这几种激素的研究结果说明激素水平的显著变化导致了雄性不育的发生。
The variation of plant hormones and ethylene releasing rate in rape treated by a new chemical hybridizing agent WP were studied. GC detection results indicated that the ethylene releasing rate of the treated rape was higher than that of the CK , and HPLC detection results showed that content of plant hormones (GAa,IAA,ABA) of the treated rape were higher than those of the CK,which indicated that male sterility was due to prominent change of hormones in rape.
