摘要
中小型汽轮机开孔抽汽供热可以节约能源,但对汽轮机本身的安全性会产生一定的影响。应用两种方法对开孔抽汽供热改造中的共性问题—汽缸开孔处的应力进行了校核和分析,并利用该分析结果对K116-50-20型汽轮机进行开孔抽汽改造。供热改造后,机组一直运行良好。
It can save energy sources that small-middle condensing turbines are retrofitted to extraction turbines by drilling holes or slots in their casings, but it will have effect on safety of turbines themselves. The stresses are usually analyzed and checked in the connection zones between the casing and heat-supply pipes by two methods in order to ensure turbine' s safety. The K116- 50 -20 type condensing turbine was retrofitted on base of this conclusion. The operation has being well safely and economically since the steam turbine supplied heat.
