夹层动脉瘤的影像学诊断

The Imaging Diagnoses of Aortic Dissection

目的评价普通X线平片、CT检查、MRI检查在夹层动脉瘤诊断中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性总结对本院近年来收治的夹层动脉瘤13例的临床及影像资料。结果X线平片示主动脉增宽、迂曲、扩张10例,主动脉壁钙化层移位7例,CT查及DeBakeyI型3例,II型1例,III型4例;MRI探及DeBakeyI型2例,II型1例,III型1例。结论CT和MRI是夹层动脉瘤诊断的重要手段,X线平片是影像检查的基础,对夹层动脉瘤的诊断亦有重要意义。

Objective To evaluate the value of the diagnoses of X-ray CT and MRI about Aortic Dissection. Methods Summarizing and analyzing the clinical and imaging data of 13 cases. Results X-ray show that 10 cases of Aortic expanded and circuitous, 7 cases of the layers of calcifying moved. CT show that 3 cases of type Ⅰ, I case of type Ⅱ, 4 cases of type Ⅲ. MRI show that 2 cases of type Ⅰ, I case type Ⅱ , I case of type Ⅲ. Conclusion CT and MRI are important examines of diagnosing Aortic Dissection., X-ray is a base examine.
