腰椎间盘突出的平片与CT诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of X-ray and CT for Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Protrusion

目的比较平片与CT对腰椎盘间突出的诊断。方法分析211例临床诊断为腰椎间盘突出症的平片和CT检查结果。结论X线平片对椎间突出能作出初步诊断,性价比极高,CT能进行准确定位、分型,两者应互相结合,互为补充。

Objective To Compare the diagnosis of Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion between the examines of X-ray and CT. Methods Analyzing 211 cases＇ results of X-ray and CT which were diagnosing Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Conclusion X-ray can make a primary diagnoses and its＇ price is cheaper than CT, but CT can make an exact diagnoses.
