γ-亚麻酸生产菌株的诱变选育

采用紫外线和硫酸二乙酯对深黄被孢霉As3,3410和雅致小克银汉霉As3,2717进行诱变,筛选出一株高产γ-亚麻酸的突变株H3,3410-5。突变株H3,3410-5每升发酵液中干菌体得率为24.3 g,油脂含量为10.1 g,而出发菌株仅为21.2 g和8.4 g。气相色谱分析突变株H3,3410-5所产γ-亚麻酸的量占总脂的9.43%,出发菌株仅为8.64%。

The Motierella isabellina As3,3410 and Cunninghamella elegans As3,2717 were mutated by UV and diethyl sulfate. A mutant strain H3,3410-5 wilh high-linolenie acid yield was obtained. The dry t＇ell weight and total lipid in H3,3410-5 fermentation were 24.3 g and 10.1 g per liter ferment so lution, respectively. Only 21.2 g dry cell weight and 8.4 g of the total lipid in the original strain. The content of 7 linolenic acid in the total lipid of H3,3410 5 was 9.43% detected by gas chromatography, while 8. 64% in the original strain.
