摘要
通过对30×104m3/d轻烃回收装置现状分析,研究了影响该装置轻烃收率的因素以及提高轻烃收率的对策。为提高装置的产品收率,采用更新换热器提高原料气温度富化气质、给原料气压缩机排气管道及消音器增设外保温提高机组的压缩功率、更换干式空冷器为表面蒸发式空冷器降低冷凝分离温度,这些措施的实施使收率比改造前提高了20%。
Through the present situation analysis of 30×10~4 m^3/d LPG recovery plant, it had been researched about the factors that influenced the LPG recovery rate and the methods to improve it. In order to increase LPG recovery rate, there are some measures to be carried out, for instance, replacing heat exchanger to enrich natural gas, adding insulation on the compressor discharge pipe and engine silencer to increase engine power and changing dry air exchanger with a water-cooled one to get lower temperature. All these measures had been put into effect to increase 20% recovery rate.
