摘要 采用道化学公司的火灾、爆炸危险指数法对安庆石化65×104t/a催化裂解装置的潜在火灾爆炸和反应危险性进行评价分析,得到"严重"以上程度的单元有:加热炉、丙烷塔、丙烯塔、液化气储罐和汽油柴油储罐、反应器、瓦斯发生器、乙烷塔和稳定器,得出单元的危险等级和薄弱环节,为工厂的风险管理和安全管理决策提供了科学依据,并提出降低装置的风险的建议。 Dow Chemical is an available and effective quantitative method for the hazard evaluation of petrochemical plant. In particular, it could provide inherent fatalness for the system and the every unit of the plant, and it considers compensation factors depending on the safety equipment and measures. The fire and explosion index method developed by Dow Chemical Company was used to estimate and analyze the potential risks of the RFCC equipment, which is 650×10~3 t/a refinery plant of APW. According to the results, the units of which the risk degrees are beyond“seriously” involve following unit: the heating furnace, propane tower, propylene tower, liquefied gas reservoir and oil reservoirs, reactor, gas generator, ethane tower and stabilizer. Through the analysis of the danger points and the danger grade, the evaluation offered a scientific basis for risk management and safety administration decision of the factory and gave some suggestion to reduce the risk of the plant.
