宁夏全国生化室间质评4年结果分析与建议

4-year Ningxia taking part in national external quality assessment result analyses and advice

本文对我区１０所医院连续４年１６次参加全国生化室间质评结果进行了统计分析。统计结果表明我区总成绩连续３年不及格；１９９０年度有显著进步，全区平均ＶＩＳ由１５７改善到１２５，接近同期全国均值，单项及格率由４５％提高到８１％，实验室及格率由３３％提高到７７％。为使全区检验质量稳步提高，建议全区医院普遍建立生化室内质控、针对弱项开展方法学研究，积极引进现代检验设备。

We statistically analyze the External Quality Assessment Results of 10 holpitals which took part in the National External Quality Assessment 16 times in contimuously 4 years.The statistic results present that the total results of our region is not good in continuously 3 years.The results of 1990 was comparatively good,the regional average VIS was improved from 157 to 125,the single pass ratio was improved from 45% to 81% and the laboratory pass ratio was improved from 33% to 77% .In order to make the laboratory error equal to what modern medical science require,we advise that all of the hospital in Ningxia Region set up intra-laboratory quality control,study methodology against for the weak item,import modern laboratory equipments.
