Study on sensory neurons in hypoglossal nerve

本文在胎儿舌下神经髓内段和髓外段，大白鼠和家兔髓外段发现典型的感觉神经节或感觉神经元存在。神经节或神经元位于椎体束和下橄榄核间和舌下神经干的一边，细胞呈椭圆形，有双极突起，细胞质内有尼氏体颗粒，核清晰有核仁。提示这些细胞可能与舌肌本体感觉有关。

It is a traditional idea that hypoglossal nerve is motor nerve.It was found in our observation that the typical sensory ganglion or sensory cells observed along the intramedullary course and extrameduliary course of the hypoglossal nerve in fetus,only the extramedullary course in the rats and the rabbits.The neurons of ganglion occured in the region between inferior olivary nucleuand the pyramid or the hypoglossal nerve adjacent.The cells were oval.The cytoplasm was full of the Nissl bodies.The nucleus,often with nucleus,were clear.It is a suggest that the cells of connected with propriceptor of lingual muscless.
