摘要
分析了平面回音壁模介质谐振器的特点及其与微带线耦合产生均衡的原理,并在此基础上给出了一种新型的毫米波均衡器子结构.仿真分析证明,这种结构具有良好的Q值和耦合度可调性.最后,用此子结构级联设计出新型毫米波均衡器,并且呈现良好的特性.
A novel substructure of millimeter wave equalizer was designed which was based on the analysis of the characteristic of the planar whispering-gallery modes dielectric resonator and the basis equalizing theory when it coupled with the microstrip line. The simulation shows that the quality factor and the coupling can be easily tuned by changing the parameters of the substructure. At last, a novel millimeter wave equalizer was fabricated by cascading this substructure. And it displays good performance.
