摘要
通过工艺条件对比分析,阐明了硅热法炼镁与铝热法炼钙两者工艺过程、设备条件基本相同。研究指出硅热法镁厂要炼钙,其技改关键是要建立≤0.133Pa的高真空系统。文中依据镁与钙的热力学性质的差别,用数据和物理化学原理论述了高真空是实现金属钙高产、优质、低耗、低成本、高经济效益的生命线。
Expound magnesium metallurgy with ferrosilicon process and calcium metallurgy with aluminothermic process by contracting technological conditions. The technical process and equipment conditions of both are same. The study indicates that it is important to set up a≤0. 133pa high vacuum system in technical transformation of the magneslum plant to smelt calcium. According to the difference of thermodynamic properties of magnesium and calcium it expounds with date and physical -chemical principle that high vacuum system is the lifeline to realize high production,good quality, low consumption and high economic benefit for calcium production.
