摘要
根据柱栅的总体构思,提出了一种柱栅传感器绕组的全连续化结构设计方案。该方案采用圆柱面内外螺旋线方式制作定滑尺绕组,既可消除类似于感应同步器中分段绕组的端部效应影响,又能充分发挥螺旋线加工手段的技术优势,精度高、工艺简单、易于实施。同时,还描述了该全连续绕组的一种可行的实际结构。
According to the basic concept of the Columnsyn, the whole continuous structure of the scale and slide windings of the columnsyn was designed. The spiral lines on the inside and outside surfaces of the cylinder constitute the scale and slide windings. The end effect of group winding on the Inductosyn is avoided. The method has the technical advantage of spiral line machining and features high precision, simple machining and easy to use. Meanwhile, a practical and feasible structure of the whole continuous windings is described.
