摘要 本文设计了一种空调设备自动检测计算机专家控制系统,它采用计算机分散控制结构,在上位机监控组态系统中嵌入了基于面向对象VB编程的专家控制器。专家控制器基于知识基结构的黑板求解模型,能够实现空调设备检测过程的全自动监测与控制。系统现场运行表明,它比传统测控系统具有更高的可靠性,并且价格低廉、易于操作,提高了空调设备检测的自动化水平和安全操作性能。 This paper introduces an expert control system that is applied in air conditioning auto-monitoring and control laboratory. The system adopts computer distributed control structure. The expert controller designed with object-oriented Visual Basic is embedded into the software of King View. The controller is based on the blackboard model with knowledge-based structure, which achieves the goal of auto-monitoring and auto-control. The system operation proves that the designed system is more relliable, cheaper and easier to operate than conventional control system, and the automation level and the operation safety are also improved.
