摘要
信息的采集和预处理是桥梁健康监测的关键,是健康诊断与评估的基础。根据某铁路桥梁结构健康监测的需求,开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的远程数据采集和预处理系统。该系统具有大量数据采集和实时预处理功能,远程传输和控制,数据实时显示和存储等功能。现场应用情况表明,系统具有实时性强、可靠性和准确性高、可移植性好等特点。本文对该系统的总体设计、软硬件实现技术、系统功能等方面进行了详细阐述。
Data acquisition and preprocessing is the key to the bridge health monitoring and the basis of the bridge health diagnosis and assessment. According to the actual health monitoring requirements of a steel bridge, a new data acquisition and preprocessing system based on virtual instrument was developed. It realizes volume data acquiring, real-time data preprocessing, remote transmitting and control, real time data display and storage. Installed in the steel bridge for nearly one year, the system operates nicely and fulfills the expected goals very well. The results show that the system features the characteristics such as strong real time capability, high reliability, accuracy, transplantation capability and so on. The system design, software and hardware implementation, and the system functions are introduced in detail.
