硒对大鼠肝核糖体含量及其聚集程度的影响

摘要 观察了低硒组和加硒组大鼠肝去线粒体上清液(PMS)中总核糖体含量、多聚核糖体/总核糖体比值的变化。同时还测定了肝匀浆中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、核酸含量及TBA值。结果表明:低硒组大鼠肝PMS中总核糖体含量及其聚集程度均显著低于加硒组,肝GSH-Px活性和RNA含量也明显低于加硒组,而肝TBA值升高。 In the present experiments the changes in content of ribosome and ratio of polysome to ribosome in liver post-mitochondrial supernatant(PMS)were investigated in Se-deficient and Se-supplemented rats. The glutathione peroxi dase(GSH-Px) activity, nucleic acid and lipid peroxide contents in the same liver were also examined.The results showed that the total ribosome content and the proportion of ribosomal aggregate were significantly lower in the liver PMS from the Se-deficient diet group.Concomitantly,the decreases of GSH-Px activity and RNA content, and an increase of lipid peroxide content, were also found in the Sedeficient group.
