摘要
动态观察16例慢性肝病患者加服硒酵母(200μg硒/d,连用12周)后血浆硒水平、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量的变化,并与未服硒制剂16例(对照组)作比较。结果:①实验开始12周后,对照组患者血浆硒、GSH-Px活性才明显增高,PO含量明显下降,与治疗前比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);②服硒组患者4周后血硒、8周后GSH-Px活性即显著增高,12周趋于稳定,接近正常人水平。且血硒水平均显著高于对照组同期值(P<0.05);③服硒组患者8周后血LPO含量亦显著下降。提示利用硒酵母口服提高慢性肝病患者的抗氧化能力是可行的。
The dynamic changes of selenium (Se)content,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity and lipid peroxide(LPO) level in plasma of 16 patients with chronic hepatitis after taking Se-yeast continuolisly for 12 weeks ( 200μg of Se one day)were observed, compared with the 16 controls not supplernented with Se-preparation, The results showed:1.12 weeks after the beginning of the experiment,the plasma Se content and GSH-Px activity increased and the LPO level decreased markedly in the patients treated with regular therapy. These were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05 );2. The plasma Se content(4 weeks after patients taking Se)and GSH-Px activity (8 week, after patients taking Se)increasedmarkedly and were tending towards stability and nearing the normal people's 12 weeks after patients taking Se. The plasma Se content in the patients taking Se was much higher than the corresponding period value in the controls (P<0.05);3.8 weeks after the patients taking se, the LPO level dropped markedly. These findings suggest that Se-yeast supplementation can enhance the patient's antioxidation ability.
