摘要
鼓泡内接种金黄色葡萄球菌,诱发豚鼠急性化脓性中耳炎。应用NPP酶组织细胞化学方法进行孵育反应。电镜下观察耳蜗底回血管纹Na+,K+-ATP酶活性的改变。结果发现血管纹Na+,K+-ATP酶主要分布于边缘细胞基底侧膜的皱褶处;且酶的活性随病程的延长而逐渐降低。实验结果表明:血管纹离子泵功能的损害是化脓性中耳炎致感音神经性聋的原因之一。
We inoculated Staphylococcus aureous suspension into tympanic bulla of guinea pigs in order to induce experimental acute purulent otitis media(POM).The specimens were incubated with NPPase cytochemical method. Dynamic changes of Na, K-ATPase activity of basal turn cochlear stria vascularis and ultrastructure of marginal cells were observed under transmission electron microscope,It was found that the Na+,K+-ATPase of stria vascularis was located mainly on the basal lateral interdigitated plasma membrane of marginal cells, and activity of the enzynie was reduced gradually along with the course of the disease, Changes of the ultrastructure were aggravated gradually in course of the disease,The experimental results indicate that the damage of stria vascularis may be one of the factors resulting in sensorineural hearing loss in POM.
