摘要
以我国某钢铁公司烧结原料为对象,对烧结过程的自动蓄热热平衡进行分析和计算,提出料层蓄热及燃料合理分布的计算模型,并按3层进行燃料分层布料烧结试验。计算结果表明,当料高为600 mm时,烧结各料层可利用蓄热率为35%左右;当焦粉配加量上层、中层和下层分别为4.9%,4.3%和3.4%时,在不降低烧结矿产质量的同时,固体燃耗降低3.69 kg/t。
The self accumulation heat balance of some plant sintering material was analyzed and calculated. The model of the self accumulation heat and fuel appropriate distribution was concluded. A quantitive computation of self accumulation heat was made. The results show that the available accumulation heat ratio is about 35% when the sintering height is 600 ram. When the upper bed is 4.9%, the middle of bed is 4.3%, and the lower bed is 3.4%, the consumptions of fuel are decreased to 3.69 kg/t while the quality and yield of sinter keep constant.
