This paper summarizes the general separation techniques of nucleoside compounds and the applications at home and abroad. These separation techniques are classified according to their operation process and stationary phase. Those, which have been emphatically discussed, are the applications of silica gel, ion exchange resin, macroreticular resin, activated carbon techniques, etc.
