摘要 聚乳酸载药微球的成功研制给临床用药提供了更多的手段和可能。综述聚乳酸微球的研究进展,包括聚乳酸微球的制备方法如溶剂挥发法、喷雾干燥法、相分离法和聚乳酸载药微球的给药方式如注射给药、腔室给药、动脉栓塞给药、非靶向给药等。 The research and application of Polylactide（ PLA ）microspheres have a very vast perspective. This paper reviews the development of PLA microspheres and their preparation based on polylactide, such as solvent evaporation, phase seperation and spray drying method, and introduces the administration of PLA microspheres, such as injection, articular cavity, arterial embohsm, etc.
