摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法分离测定复方三维右旋泛酸钙糖浆中烟酰胺的含量。方法：色谱柱：AichromBond-AQ C18（4．6mm×150mm，5μm）；流动相：0．01mol/L硫酸钠溶液（用1moL／L硫酸调节pH值至4.0）-乙腈（98：2）；流速：1．0mL／min；检测波长为262nm；进样量20μL。结果：烟酰胺浓度在9．052—90．52μg／mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9999；平均回收率为99．7％，RSD为0．54％（n=9）。结论：本方法简便、灵敏、准确、重现性好，可用于复方三维右旋泛酸钙糖浆的质量控制。
Objective： A method was established to determine the content of nicotinamide in Compound Trivitamin and Calcium Pantothenate Syrup by HPLC. Methods：An AichromBond-AQ C18 column （4.6 mm × 150mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase consists of sodium sulfate solution（adjusted to pH 4.0 with 1 mol/L sulfate acid ）-acetonitrile （98：2）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was set 262 nm. Results： There was a good linear relationship for nicotinamide within the range of 9.052 - 90.52 μg/mL （r = 0.9999）.The average recovery was 99.7% with RSD 0.54%（ n = 9）. Conclusion： The method is convenient, sensitive, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to control the quality of Compound Trivitamin and Calcium Pantothenate Svrun.
