中国加入世界贸易组织后在国际贸易中检测标准受到的冲击

IMPACTS ON THE STANDARDS OF MEASUREMENT IN INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE AFTER CHINA′S ENTRY INTO WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION

文中对检测标准在产品质量控制中的重要作用,特别是在我国加入世界贸易组织(WTO)后和国际贸易日益增长的情况下,检测标准所受到的冲击作了清楚的论述。以我国的钢铁行业为例,对检测标准在改革前后的状况进行了回顾。在分析了我国加入WTO后的形势,作者认为随着国际贸易的不断快速增长,发达国家设置技术性贸易壁垒是必然趋势。这种趋势给检测标准行业带来挑战也带来机遇,还提出了检测标准行业今后的发展策略。

A clear-cut exposition on the important role of measurement standards in the quality control of commercial products, and especially on the impacts on the measurement standards in the ever-rising international trade after China＇s entry into WTO was given in this paper. Taking the iron and steel industry as an example, the status of measurement standards in our country before and after the reformation was reviewed. In sizing up the situation of China＇s entry into WTO, the ever-in-creasing of international trade accompanied by technical trade barriers built by the developed countries would be the inexorable trends, which bring challenge and opportunity to the profession of measurement standards. Strategy for the development of the profession of measurement standards were also proposed.
