摘要
分别对5种进口冷轧钢板的化学成分、力学性能、显微组织和形变织构等特征性能进行了测定和分析,并探讨了这些特征性能之间的变化关系和影响方式。研究表明,SPCEN-SD冷轧钢板的成形能力最好,而SPCC-SD冷轧钢板的成形能力最差;冷轧钢板的特征性能之间具有较强的关联性和一致性,在工程上应充分利用这种特征性能之间的关联对应关系,采取合理便捷的方法,有效地预知和评定其成形能力。
The five sorts of imported cold-rolled steel sheets were characterized and analyzed on their chemical composition, mechanical properties, rnicrostructures and textures, as well as discussion of their varieties and influences. The results indicated that the formability of SPCEN-SD was better than those of the others, and SPCC- SD was the worst one. In addition, it was found that the characteristic properties of cold-rolled steel sheets have good interconnected relations. Based on these findings, adopting maturely reasonable means was proposed to predict and evaluate the formability of cold-rolled steel sheets efficiently
