坚持以人为本是一个复杂的系统工程,我们只有辩证地分析把握这一课题,师德建设才可能取得应有的成效。这就需要我们在师德建设过程中:遵循教育和管理的基本规律,充分认识师德建设的基础、前提、核心、要求和保证,突出教师的主体地位和关键作用,坚持以人(教师、学生)的发展为中心,积极探索一套人性、科学的工作方法,树立辩证的道德教育和管理理念。

It is a complex project to uphold the principle ＂People Oriented＂. The goal of teachers＇ moral construction in higher schools cannot be achieved until importance is given to the idea of ＂People Oriented＂. Therefore, we should, in teachers＇ moral construction in higher schools, follow fundamentals of education and managements; understand its base, premise, core, requirements and guarantee; emphasize teachers＇ role; find a system of scientific methods; adhere to dialectical idea of moral education and management.
