The 21^st century is the age of talent as well as network information, the center of management transfers from object to subject, from matter to human. As the main distributing center of knowledge and information, the higher school library is developing digitally. At the fast -developing age, how to strengthen the development and management of human resource to adapt to the development of age and to meet readers＇ demand deserves studying and exploring. According to the existing problems in the development and management of human resource, the article explores the importance and strategies of strengthening the development and management of human resource in higher school＇s continuing development.
