摘要
高校教师的工作具有自主性和创造性的特点,科研管理要根据大学的本质属性和教师的劳动特点,充分关心和尊重教师的劳动,突出人本思想,提倡人文关怀;依据现实与未来相结合、激励与保护相结合、定量与定性相结合、可操作性等原则对科研进行人性化评价与考核。
The labor of high institution teacher has feature of independence and creative, set up scientific research management regulation must be according to character of university and teacher's labor, emphsize thought of humanization and advocate care of humanization, evaluate for science of researching must take consideration of connect of reality and future, inspire and protect, evaluate of quality and quantity, apply to evaluation of scientific research in university.
