摘要
随着知识经济的崛起,世界各国普遍加强了对本国知识产权的保护工作。发达国家在国际知识产权规则制定方面享有独特话语权优势,发展中国家在积极争取参与国际知识产权规则制定的同时,也加紧了对本国传统知识的保护工作。自20世纪80年代以来,先后有美、日、法、中、韩、印等十几个国家提出并实施“知识产权立国”战略。当前世界各国在加强知识产权保护,促进本国科技方面有几个突出特点：专利审查速度明显加快,打击仿制品及盗版产品力度加大：知识产权的归属权普遍下放；各国积极参与国际知识产权条例制定,修订与国际规则不符的相关条款；各国有针对性地开展了面向中小企业专门的专利服务；发展中国家保护传统知识的意识明显加强。
With the rapid development of the economy, most countries in the world strengthen the protection of their intelligence property. Developed countries have the advantages of saying sth, and the developing countries also pay more attention to the work of protection. This paper shows some strategies about inteuigenee property protection.
