摘要
研究表明:利用马尔可夫模型分析法和数据拟合理论能够有效地预测高校人力资源结构的变动规模及发展趋势,从而实现高校教师队伍建设的预见性和前瞻性。为马尔可夫模型的拓广以及对人才结构的预测提供科学依据,进而为高校教师队伍规模的可持续发展提供理论依据。
Studies have shown that Utilized Markov model analytic approach and data draft can effective prediction of university change scale and development trend and human resources of structure. At the same time, this model offer the theoretical foundation for the sustainable development of the scale in teaching body, and give the scientific basis.
