摘要
本文对３５例糖尿病（ＤＭ）及２２例健康对照组作了对比研究，结果显示ＤＭ组抗凝血酶Ⅲ（ＡＴ－Ⅲ）活性显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），并发症组与无并发症组亦均低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５），并发症组低于无并发症组，但无统计学意义。ＤＭ组血浆蛋白Ｃ活性与对照组间无显著差异。提示ＤＭ患者存在凝血系统激活及ＡＴ－Ⅲ的消耗，而蛋白Ｃ与ＤＭ间的关系尚需进一步探讨。
The comparable studies between diabetes mellitus(DM, 35 cases) and control(22 cases)were made. The activity of antithrombin Ⅲ(AT- Ⅲ ) in DM was remarkably lower.than that in control(P<0. 01) , and was lower respectively than that in control (P<0. 05) in both groups with or without complications. In the complicated patients, the activity of AT- Ⅲ was also lower than that in the non-complicated ones, but without statistical significance. There was no significant difference in plasma protein C between DM and control. These results suggest that there exists the activation of blood coagulation system and the consumption of AT- Ⅲ in DM , but the relationship between protein C and DM remains to be studied.
