摘要 目的MTA1基因是近年来发现的与肿瘤转移浸润有关的基因,该文探讨该基因在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应方法检测53例新鲜宫颈标本组织中MTA1 mRNA的表达水平,进行定量分析并与临床病理资料比较。结果正常宫颈MTA1 mRNA表达量为0.456±0.430、宫颈上皮内瘤变0.716±0.146,宫颈癌1.217±0.416。晚期及有淋巴结转移的宫颈癌MTA1 mRNA表达量增加,差异有显著意义(2χ=7.9562,P=0.0187;t=-2.89,P=0.0409),与肿瘤分化程度无关(2χ=1.0358,P=0.5958)。结论MTA1基因表达与宫颈癌临床分期及转移有关,可能预示宫颈癌的浸润转移的分子指标。 Objective To investigate expression of MTAlmRNA in cervical cancer tissues and its clinical significance. Methods The reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) method was used to detect expression of MTAlmRNA in 53 fresh frozen cervical tissues . The results were quantitatively analyzed and compared with clinical histopathological data. Results The expression of MTA1 mRNA was 0. 456 + 0. 430 in normal cervical tissues, 0.716 -+ 0. 146 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) , 1. 217 + 0.416 in cervical cancer tissues, respectively. The expression amount (relative densitometric value ) of MTAlmRNA increased in advanced stage of cervical cancer tissues and the cervical cancer tissues with lymphatic metastasis, there was significant difference( P 〈 0.05 ). While was not associated with differentiation of tumor. Conclusion MTA1 gene expression is associated with clinical stages and lymphatic metastasis of cervical cancer. It is a molecular index to predict invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.
