摘要 胚胎对于母体来说是半异己的同种移植物,母体免疫系统中的免疫细胞能否识别并耐受胚胎抗原,直接影响妊娠的建立与维持。所以研究孕期母胎界面及母血系统免疫中T细胞和NK细胞免疫状态可以帮助了解妊娠免疫耐受的机制,也可以认识一些严重影响妊娠结局的病理妊娠的发病机制。该文主要对孕期母胎界面及母血系统免疫中T细胞表面标记、辅助细胞1/辅助细胞2模式、自然杀伤细胞分泌细胞因子及自然杀伤细胞表面标记与杀伤活性的变化的研究进展作以综述。 For pregnant women, embryo is a semiallograft, Whether the immune cells in maternal immune system cognize and tolerate the embryonic antigen directly influence establishment and maintenance of pregnancy. So, study on immune state of T cells and NK cells in maternal-fetal interface and maternal circulating blood can help to explore the mechanisms of immunotolerance during normal pregnancy and those pathological pregnancies that severely influence the pregnancy outcomes. The article reviewed progress in researches on surface markers on T cells, Th1/Th2 balance pattern and cytokine secretion, surface markers on NK cells and cytotoxicity of NK cells during pregnancy.
