摘要
压力性尿失禁在女性人群中的发病率越来越高,各种各样的治疗方法层出不穷。脂肪来源的间充质细胞具有骨髓来源多能干细胞的功能,在一定条件下能向多种组织细胞分化,同时它还具有基因载体的功能。对于将其作为干细胞联合转基因技术的细胞治疗应用于盆底及尿道的功能重建可能成为治疗女性压力性尿失禁的新方法。该文将从脂源性间质细胞的特性、分离培养、鉴定等方面对其在压力性尿失禁的治疗前景上作以综述。
For recent years, morbidity of stress urinary incontinence (SUI)in women has increased greatly. Many methods have been found to treat the disease. It is reported that human adipose tissue contains pluripotent cells similar to bone marrow-derived stromal cells (MSCs). This cell population, termed processed lipoaspirate (PLA) cells, can differentiate into many kinds of other tissue cells under some conditions. It can also be considered as gene delivery vehicles. As a cell therapy, it can be used in functional reconstruction of pelvic floor structure and lower urinary tract though cell-based tissue engineering combining gene-transduclng technique, which may become a new treatment for SUI. In this review, we summarized the characteristics, cultivation and identification of processed lipoaspirate cells and application of them in treatment of stress urinary incontinence.
