摘要
目的:通过分析干预者的观点和实施行为及被干预者的感受对干预过程进行研究。方法:进入6个干预学校按照拟定的访谈提纲随机访谈干预者23人、被干预者23人;问卷调查主要干预者13人。结果:评估工具可靠性的认同度并不乐观;干预手册认同度尚可;干预者认为干预的效果主要是有助于提高学生对网络的客观认识、能帮助优化家庭理念、改善亲子沟通等;被干预者认为自身有变化,会应用干预中接受的技术,也体验到来自干预者的支持感;督导的设置有助于统筹把握干预过程。结论:在学校层面,以两大人员、三类问题性质为干预对象及多背景干预者的团体干预形式是可行的。
Objective: To conduct process research on intervention through analyzing interveners' viewpoints, behaviors and the students' feelings. Methods: 23 interveners and 23 students from 6 experimental schools were visited stochastically according to the interview outline;13 main interveners were investigated with the questionnaire. Results: The evaluation instruments were not quite reliable; the intervention handbooks were acceptable; the interveners thought the intervention process mainly helped students raise their objective understanding of the network, optimize the family idea and improve parent-child communication, ere; the students realized their own changes, and applied techniques learnt from intervention process and experienced supports from interveners; and the supervisor helped to smooth the intervention process. Conclusion: The research based on the school including two kinds of people, three kinds of problems as targets and group intervention by interveners with different backgrounds is feasible.
